Vodafone has Absolutely Terrible Internet Service!

Absolutely terrible internet service! They sold me a so-called wireless router that’s supposed to handle up to 10 devices — yet I can barely keep one connected unless I disable everything else. My plan promises a guaranteed 20 Mbps download speed, but speed tests tell a different story. On a good day, I might hit 14 Mbps once, though it usually crawls at around 1.7 Mbps.

Reaching tech support is a nightmare — just endless loops with no real help. To top it off, they even bypassed my phone’s Do Not Disturb setting and called at 5 AM! The whole experience has been a disaster. I completely regret ever signing up. After recent issues with their emergency call handling, I honestly think this company is dangerous and unreliable.
