Virgin Money Australia was incredibly disappointing

My experience with Virgin Money Australia was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was well below expectations — their offshore call centre made communication a real struggle. Even though I spoke clearly, the staff often failed to understand what I was saying, and in return, their responses were difficult to comprehend. It turned every conversation into a frustrating back-and-forth that led nowhere.

In short, the level of service was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend Virgin Money to anyone. After this experience, I definitely won’t be using them again.
