They downgraded me for not taking their offer for NBN Fiber

I’ve had nothing but issues with TPG’s NBN service. My connection was already unreliable, but things got noticeably worse right after they called me trying to upsell an “upgrade” to NBN Fibre. I declined the offer, and suddenly my internet became slower than ever.

The speeds drop constantly, streaming buffers nonstop, and even basic browsing is a struggle. It feels like my connection was throttled just because I didn’t agree to their upgrade.

Support hasn’t been helpful, and I’m tired of paying for a service that barely works. Really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend TPG to anyone looking for stable or trustworthy internet.
