Always happy with Samsung!

I've had a pretty good experience with Samsung Australia so far. Their tech gear is solid and plenty to choose from, whether it's phones, tablets, or home TVs. Anytime I've needed help, their support team has responded quickly. That said, I’ve seen a few people mention delays with software updates, which I don't care about as they would not release an update unless it's 100% ready, and id rather wait until it's 100% before release. Not sure why people are so impatient. Still, overall, they offer a reliable lineup of products backed by decent customer service, better than Apple.
