The company outright lied about attempting to deliver my package. I was home the entire time and received no notification that it was even on its way. No knock, no doorbell, nothing. Then, I was the one who had to go through the hassle of rescheduling the delivery myself.
To make matters worse, they later claimed the item had been delivered, which simply wasn’t true. There were no updates, no messages, no calls, just complete silence followed by false information. Unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Avoid if you can.
