Delayed Delivery, Damaged Items.

Online, it promised a delivery of 3-5 days and ended up with a 10+ days delivery. And when I received the package, my Pokémon cards were all bent, unacceptable refund process was smooth but very upset with my goods been damaged as these were hard to find in the first place.
